Independent project healthcheck audit and improvement planning

I have been auditing projects since the late 1990s, auditing for compliance but more more commonly, and more valuably, for performance improvement. 

I can review individual sales campaigns and projects - speak to the team, check key artefacts, establish the facts, and then offer independent advice on recovery and improvement plans, with technical, commercial and  programme aspects.

Management system design

I have also been a Quality Manager, Business Improvement Manager and external Quality Consultant - I know how to design and build management systems, as well as how to manage internal and external audit programmes (LRQA) in ISO9001 and AS9100 environments.
